Thank you for contacting us! To ensure maximum comfort and adequate space for all luggage, we organize transfers for your group using two 14-seater minivans.

While a 30-seater Toyota Coaster bus is an option, using two 14-seater minivans is the most cost-effective and comfortable choice. As a company standard, we never place more than 10 passengers in a 14-seater minivan to guarantee a relaxed and enjoyable journey.

Regarding child car seats, we currently do not provide them. Over time, we have found that most families prefer their children to sit comfortably with them inside the minibus, so requests for car seats became extremely rare.

Additionally, maintaining and rotating different seat types for various ages and sizes proved impractical. Since car seats are not required for our minivan service under current regulations, we made the decision to discontinue offering them. For newborns or very young children, families typically prefer to bring their own car seats to ensure the best fit and comfort.

⚠ Heads Up! To keep our prices as low as possible, we only charge a small deposit online. The remaining balance is paid in cash on the day of service. This helps us avoid high processing and banking fees in Costa Rica, which can reach up to 33% due to local regulations and financial institution charges. All our prices are in USD.
If you have a return transfer with us later in your trip, please remember not to spend all your cash, as you will need it for the balance of the final service.
We strongly recommend obtaining USD in cash before your service to avoid the additional 33% extra charge. Of course, we also accept local currency *(Costa Rican COLONES)*.
For security reasons, we do not make stops at ATMs in Costa Rica during the transfer, so please plan accordingly.
