Where and how do I find my driver at LIR Airport?

The arrival process at LIR Airport — including 🛂 immigration, 🛄 baggage claim, and 🛃 customs — is usually faster than SJO, but can still take anywhere from 30 minutes to 1.5 hours, depending on how many flights land at the same time.

⚠ IMPORTANT – MEETING POINT AT LIR AIRPORT
At LIR Airport, the process is simpler than in San José:
👉 After clearing customs, EXIT THE TERMINAL BUILDING
👉 Walk outside to the main arrivals area
👉 Look for our representative holding a name board with your name
📍 In most cases, the meeting point is just OUTSIDE the terminal exit, where all transportation providers gather.

✔ Assist with your luggage
✔ Escort you to your vehicle or coordinate with your driver
Most shuttle services at LIR operate this way, meeting passengers right outside the terminal after exit
🚐 IMPORTANT ABOUT VEHICLE ACCESS
Due to airport regulations:
• Drivers are often NOT allowed to wait directly at the curb
• Vehicles may need to circle the airport or wait in nearby parking areas
• Your driver will arrive shortly after you meet our representative
