🚐 VEHICLE INFORMATION
Our regular group vehicles are 14-seat minivans. For comfort, luggage space, and safety, we never place more than 8 passengers in one minivan.
For your transfer, we will use two 14-seat minivans traveling together in convoy, providing plenty of space and comfort.
The other option is a Toyota Coaster mid-size bus, but it would be significantly more expensive. For your group, two minivans are the most cost-efficient option.
🛣️ Stops are included along the way. We can normally stop for lunch on the way to Caldera, or make restroom/bathroom stops as needed.
💵 PAYMENT BALANCE REMINDER
Please note that the following payment is due in cash on the transfer date:
✔ $130 – Due at the time of TRANSFER IN
⚠ Heads Up! To keep our prices as low as possible, we only charge a small deposit online. The remaining balance is paid in cash on the day of service. This helps us avoid high processing and banking fees in Costa Rica, which can be as high as 33% due to local regulations and financial institution charges.
⚠ SUPER IMPORTANT: The full name (first and last) on the invoice must match the name of the person making the payment. Please ensure the spelling is correct to avoid any issues with processing your reservation.
