For a group of 28 passengers traveling to places like Monteverde, La Fortuna, we strongly recommend a convoy of four 14-passenger Toyota HiAce vans rather than a single 30-passenger charter bus. We cap our vans at a maximum of 7 passengers each to ensure ample room for luggage and a comfortable ride. More importantly, smaller vehicles navigate the steep, unpaved roads in the Monteverde area much safer and can reach hotels and excursions that larger buses simply cannot access.
STOPS ARE INCLUDED

To answer your questions: our rates are all-inclusive for point-to-point transfers. This includes fuel, tolls, taxes, and all driver accommodations and meals. There is also no difference in pricing if you swap the order of Monteverde and La Fortuna, as the total travel distance remains the same.

Please note that our policy requires a deposit via PayPal to secure the booking. This PayPal deposit invoice serves as your sole official receipt. The remaining balance must be paid in cash (USD or Costa Rican Colones) directly to the drivers on the day of each transfer.
