🚐 RESERVATION EXAMPLE – FOR REFERENCE ONLY
The following is only an example reservation to help you understand how our private transportation service works. Please note that actual prices may vary slightly depending on your travel date, time, route, and availability. 👉 Please do not make any payment before confirming availability with us via email, telephone, or WhatsApp.
This helps us ensure your preferred date and time are available before you place a deposit.
⚠ Heads Up! To keep our prices as low as possible, we only charge a small deposit online. The remaining balance is paid in cash on the day of service. This helps us avoid high processing and banking fees in Costa Rica, which can be up to 23% due to local regulations and financial institution charges.

Description
Important Details
Regarding transportation, the vehicles available for your requested dates are all 13-seat minivans.
Although we do have two larger buses, for a group of your size, it is actually more practical, more comfortable, and more cost-effective to operate the service using multiple minivans traveling together in convoy.
For comfort and luggage capacity, we never place more than 8 passengers in a minivan (occasionally up to 9 if luggage is minimal). Any more than that would be too crowded and would significantly reduce comfort.
