To foresee any unpredictable situations during this extremely busy peak season, we can no longer commit to just one large 18-passenger van. Because December is exceptionally busy and anything can happen, please choose between Option A (One 14-seater van with a tow trailer for $400) or Option B (Two vans traveling in convoy for $550) so we can secure your vehicle right away.

⚠ Heads Up! To keep our prices as low as possible, we only charge a small deposit online. The remaining balance is paid in cash on the day of service. This helps us avoid high processing and banking fees in Costa Rica, which can reach up to 33% due to local regulations and financial institution charges. All our prices are in USD.
If you have a return transfer with us later in your trip, please remember not to spend all your cash, as you will need it for the balance of the final service.
We strongly recommend obtaining USD in cash before your service to avoid the additional 33% extra charge. Of course, we also accept local currency *(Costa Rican COLONES)*.
For security reasons, we do not make stops at ATMs in Costa Rica during the transfer, so please plan accordingly.
