Regarding the option of using a larger vehicle:
The next size up would be a midsize bus, such as a Toyota Coaster or similar, with around 30 seats. However, this option is significantly more expensive than using two Toyota Hiace 14-seater minivans, which is why the two-minivan setup is the most cost-efficient and comfortable choice for your group.
